This week we're bringing attention to two new features within the Product: Extended 'what-if' planning functionality, released with 19.2 at the end of May; and a brand new tooltip indicating planned PTO. PTO Tooltip: Did you know? When making a task or issue assignment, our new 'tooltip' indicates if someone has marked time off in Workfront during the planned dates of the work.  For those unfamiliar with the term 'tooltip,' this a message that appears when a cursor is positioned over an icon, image, hyperlink, etc. in a graphical user interface. Did you know? You can make a collection of reports using a dashboard, and then make that dashboard easy to access with a custom tab. One way to get visibility into information in Workfront is with reports. But oftentimes, getting to those reports involves a lot of clicking around.  Dashboards and custom tabs bring all the information you need to the forefront so you see everything you need right when you log in.   Let’s start with the dashboard. Did you know? You can change ID numbers to names in reports. Have you ever created a report only to find that one of the columns is displaying what appears to be nonsense information instead of the data you expected? Perhaps, a s you look at your project report, you realize that it’s displaying the ID number instead of the names for the project owner and the project owner’s manager. Because we’re eager give amazing value to our customers quicker, we are adjusting our release process in 2019.  What should you expect? We will launch updates to Workfront four times a year — once a quarter.
